Tyler joined Hanson & Payne as a law clerk in 2022 and spent the following two years learning to untangle complex bankruptcy and collection issues at the firm. Prior to joining Hanson & Payne, Tyler law clerked for one of the other oldest and best known bankruptcy firms in Milwaukee. Tyler is also a newly minted member of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors Rights section of the State Bar and of the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association. Tyler received his Juris Doctor from UW Law School.
Tyler represents both people and companies facing financial pressures and creditors seeking payment on their claims. A significant percentage of Tyler’s practice involves defending, prosecuting, and planning for litigation arising in bankruptcy and collection matters.
