Dayten Hanson primarily practices in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and delinquent taxes. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1985. He was selected in 2008-2015 as a Super Lawyer in the field of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights by his peers and the Super Lawyers organization and was included in the 2010-2015 editions of the Best Lawyers in America.
Attorney Hanson has served on the board of directors of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors’ Rights section of the Wisconsin State Bar. He is a former adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School and is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of bankruptcy and the discharge of taxes through bankruptcy.
